Giant Apples for the Students The Giant receipts are white agian this year. We only need the bottom with the Apples for the Students totals. As in previous years, Fox Mill will collect the Giant receipts for submission into the Giant Apples for the Students Program. The color of the receipts this year are white and red and the program is expected to start September 19th. Watch for future bulletins regarding details and collection processing. Last year Fox Mill collected over $950,000 worth of receipts and earned a color laser printer for the school network and multiple software packages for the classrooms. Safeway Receipts for Education
Fox Mill is again participating in the Safeway Receipts for Education Program. Through this program the school earns library books, computer software, and educational equipment. This year Safeway has made the program much easier to administer. Instead of sending your Safeway receipts to the school, the company will register your Club Card in advance and then based on total purchases, credit the school with the total amounts purchased. Whenever you shop at Safeway, our school will automatically receive credit. In order to receive credit, however, the school must be registered. Coming home with your child this week you will receive a Club registration form. Please have relatives, friends, co-workers and neighbors sign the card along with you then return it to the school. The sooner you return these forms, the sooner we begin earning free educational equipment. Over $100,000 of receipts were submitted to Safeway last year from Fox Mill. If you are not currently a Safeway Club Member, you can receive a card at any Safeway Store. The Fox Mill safeway school number is #2749. |
